Traditional preparations often pair butterfly pea flowers with lemongrass, as we do here. Changes in PH also affect the color. Make a “Bodacious Arnold Palmer” with lemonade, and the acidity turns the drink purple! Or add a basic ingredient (like Holy Basil) for a turquoise brew.
