We are so excited to bring Lake Missoula Tea Co to our friends. We love to share what we love. And this is what LMTC has to say about their Beat the Snot out of You

Beat the Snot Out of You (Sinus Blend) makes a tasty cup of tea, worth sipping when your nasal passages are unobstructed. However, we crafted this tea—with organic botanicals—for one purpose: to drain your sinuses and clear your head! Whether you suffer from a cold, allergies, or some other irritation, this tea offers a cup of relief.

As with many of our botanical blends, we start with South African rooibosbecause of its sweet, full flavor—and because people regard rooibos as anti-inflammatory, with the ability to relieve seasonal allergy symptoms. Stinging nettle also tastes sweet, and researchers believe it blocks histamines in the body, much like allergy medications do. (And it’s very nutritious!) Turmeric, ginger, and grapefruit all boast wide-ranging health benefits, and taste great to boot, adding zest to the mix. Yerba mate adds a deep, robust note to the cup, while lemon myrtle shines through on the top layer. Finally, black pepper boosts the power of turmeric in the body.

Enjoy the taste, and enjoy breathing through those nostrils again. Keep some Beat the Snot Out of You on hand when school starts back up… or during the winter months… or when pollen levels peak in the spring… or anytime, really!
